TERRA Low Tech Park is an experimental project that aims to discover, revive and experiment with various low tech and off-grid tools and techniques.

Low technologies are robust, easily understandable, locally repairable, fully recyclable and generally accessible solutions that offer an empowering alternative to high-tech visions of the future.

TERRA is a place for researching, trying things out, educating and raising awareness. But, first and foremost, TERRA is a place for joy.

TERRA Low Tech Park is located at Vorbuse, a rural location just 8 km from Tartu city center. Our plot includes the highest hill in the surrounding area, which was popular for sledding and skiing in the Soviet time. You can get here also by bus or by bike!

Right now, TERRA is in a nascent phase.
That means that there's not yet much to see, but a lot to do.
